Hi jatinder, Thanks for the reply. The backgroud check runs all over again once the file is moved to LVO. Thats all i can make of it atm. I just hope that LVO donot take another 100 days to process the application.

Its a tricky one tbh. Is it IP1 or IP2 who knows. Perhaps we just passed r10 at this point. I would prefer if some senior member over here provide us with valuable information regarding this matter

Thanks for the kind response. The thing that really confuse me is that how did my background check changed from in progress *since AOR* to we will let you know when we start. Its like the process is moving backwards lol.
