I checked the status of my application online at www.cic.gc.ca and it indicates that they sent me a notice on 05/31/2018 to appear and write the citizenship test on 06/21/2018. Finally :) Please update the tracker.

If it doesn't apply to you, you should just leave it blank. You don't have to provide any additional document for that.
