They were taken in mid-May 2023 and we still have the printed photos because we only had to upload digital copies in our online citizenship application. Are we required to take new pictures instead?

Just sharing an update from another applicant that I know. PA is from the Philippines. Application received: September 10 AOR1 = November 27 MR = December 6 SA = December 7 Transfer to CPC-M = December 12 MP = December 15 BGC + PPR = December 19

Ours was processed in Mississauga. As an update, an application from the Philippines that was submitted on September 10, 2018 received their PPR yesterday. :)

No worries. Just double check everything that they're requesting, and you can either tell them that you already have included it or re-send it. I think it's safer to just send a new one.

Do you mean the police certificate? You either have an expired police certificate or you're missing another police certificate from other countries where you lived for 6 months or more. Please read the email that they sent you for the details of what exactly they want.
