They gona skip Oct 3 draw. Points will be high for the next draw on Oct 10.

There are lot of International students coming to Canada. 15 points for studies & 1 yr work experience in PGWP (post graduate work permit) its easy for students to score 440+ score. (IELTS : L8 R6.5 W6 S6.5 even this score ) NB :Age below 30 & Single applicant.

The current processing time is 11 months. They are processing Nov 2017 application now.
