@legalfalcon : please suggest, i have a situation... I ordered my gcms notes and in that it is mentioned that i have previous student visa refusal in 2010 with application number mentioned but i never had any refusal. I applied in 2017 for the very 1 time and got approval in 1 go... i am CEC...

I am not sure what they are trying to do... not clearing previous backlog and giving invitations to new ones ... very frustrating

Yes very unfair!! We are waiting here from 1 year... my husband can’t extend his visa... he has to leave his job now and apply for visitor visa ... don’t know what cic is doing ... giving PR’s to people who applied after us and making us to wait

Yes I ordered notes in November... my eligibility was recommended pass, criminality passed, medicals passed & expired ( extended) and security not started... i call cic every other week the status is same from june

I think this means they are confirming whether you are currently in canada or not to issue your PR... hope for the best and good luck !! Did you applied your PR on your own or thru consultant?

Don’t know what they are doing... giving PR’s to people who applied in july,aug, sept but for us they have covid restrictions... my file is not touched since may 2020, so frustrating

i am mot sure what ottawa officers are doing with our files... it don’t take this longer to make decisions... people from September October AOR are getting their PR’s..so frustrating

Same reply everything passed except for security it has not been started yet... i am getting this same reply since august

Yes they have same answer every time ... it is because of covid you need to wait.. very frustrating...
