VFS Global is the only way to send your passport. But all the details are on the mail. Does your mail not mention anything about VFS?

By Monday EoD then, keep a check on your mails.

Another ghost update but no change in the status. Got a ghost update previously on May 17 and the status was changed to IP2. Anyone has any views on this?
