Your guarantor has to be a Canadian Citizen but your reference doesn't have to be a citizen.

I submitted my application 3weeks before my wife but she just got her oath ceremony invite today but I haven't gotten mine yet. Hopefully I get mine soon.

My Language skills, Physical Presence activity and Prohibitions activity were all updated today. So now I have all activities "complete" and Citizenship ceremony "Not Started". Is this the Decision made? cos I don't see Decision made anywhere. And how long does it take before my oath ceremony?
