ok hello, I agree that it doesn't exactly mention that and it also doesn't mention that it will consider 2017 profiles. If the chances are more if u recreate a profile, then why not recreate it. It only take few minutes and there is nothing you are gonna lose.

What is the point of giving to 440+ when they can get ITA in couple of draws and who is ready to spend 1500$ extra for PNP ? I don't know about the myth but I think it is better to recreate the profile in 2018.
