I sent to ircc a copy my daughter’s renewed passport in september first week. Last week they acknowleged it and mentioned that the application is under process in london.. Status is ip1 since august.

My pcc was issued a day after my exit and it is till date of issue.

Both are ok. The issue date should be after your exit date.

The simplest way is to mention by birth till the date of your last exit from your home country else you would need to add specific periods of visit.

The consulate doesn't issue PCC here in Saudi, I would have to apply through my blood relative in Pakistan, it's is not complicated process but it will take few days of hassle from someone in Pakistan. and there is no surety that if I send PCC as CSE, IRCC will accept it as its a new documents...
