I applied for prtd on 6th dec. Its been 4 months now. Sent several inquiries by phone by email, Sent to islamabad embassy, to abudhabi embassy. They always send generic reply that its under review by officer. I also contacted local MP office they have sent a couple emails to cic, and cic...

16 weeks. Nothing yet.

Hi folks, Islamabad office says it takes 6-12weeks for prtd. I am waiting since 13 weeks and no response yet. Did anyone actually got prtd? How long it took?

I apllied for prtd on dec 6th 2017. Still waiting. 10 weeks gone already

@grapehair my suggestion to u is dont apply for prtd, if u are expecting ur prc in less than a couple of months as prtd process is v v slow, it can take any indefinite period of time whereas prc is a routine procedure and arrives usually on time. Answer to your question, My pr card was expired...

@Narjis Batool I have submitted mine on 06 Dec 2017. I called VAC, they told me it can take up to 12 weeks. Did you get yours? or still waiting?
