I have sent my passport and the 2 photo copies along with the annex form which was received by the CIC on January 5th. I am a bit worried because the status of my application is still as "In Progress" and i have not received any communication from the CIC since then. Also, my return tracker is...

My Passport reached the Ottawa office on January 5th. I have not heard back from them nor is the status updated. I see the status as in progress only. At least they should have updated it to passport received or something. Is there a contact number i can call them at? I live in the US.
