Extremely weird situation-- anyone else have this happen?

Also, after Aug 3, 2017 (when they supposedly sent the Ready For Visa email) there are another 116 pages of GCMS notes, all saying in progress on various things with dates up to 4 months after that date...

Extremely weird situation-- anyone else have this happen?

I also searched all email using the dates they mentioned. Nothing. Has anyone else had this happen, where CIC claimed they sent the Ready For Visa email, and you never got it, and there was nothing in GCMS notes months after they supposedly sent it?

Extremely weird situation-- anyone else have this happen?

Yes, I checked my spam folder, and searched every possible term (CIC, IRCC, Ready For Passport, etc.) I never received anything, and nothing in the postal mail, either. And you'd think there would be something in my GCMS notes, but no, everything said in progress except for medical.

Extremely weird situation-- anyone else have this happen?

I applied for Permanent Residency through EE Federal Skilled workers on June 16, 2017. I was notified that medicals passed about 2 weeks later, then heard nothing for another 5 months. Ordered my GCMS notes (through GetGCMS) in December 2017, did not receive them until the end of February. No...

Third time I've tried to withdraw my PR application; help!

I did pay upfront. I also called the cic helpline, and after getting shuffled around a few times, I ended up on a line that had an automated message and disconnected me! I think trying to send everything by mail is my only option left. I just need to know which of the addresses I listed above...

Third time I've tried to withdraw my PR application; help!

Thanks, I tried that. They still said fill out the IRCC web form, or send it in the mail, but the website lists several addresses and I'm not sure which one. I am in the US.

Third time I've tried to withdraw my PR application; help!

It's been 15 months and my application hasn't been processed (the time given was 6 months maximum). I have had to give up on Canada and move on to other opportunities. I am no longer interested in Permanent Residency. I want to withdraw, and I want a refund. I have filled out the IRCC Web form...

I'm sorry I can't be more helpful, but...how did you do that? It's ironic that I WANT to delete everything and I can't, and you did it by accident!

When are you charged the application fee/PR fee, etc.?

I no longer want CIC to proceed with my file. I want to withdraw my application. The only thing I could find was an online form that you fill out. I did that, but haven't heard anything, and my file is still active.

When are you charged the application fee/PR fee, etc.?

Also, if by some crazy stroke of luck my PR application gets approved, and then I decide not to accept, do i still get charged the fees?

When are you charged the application fee/PR fee, etc.?

I submitted my application on June 16, 2017, and still have not heard anything. My GCMS notes were unhelpful, and did not speed anything up. It's been 6 months since I applied for my GCMS notes. I cannot find whether or not I have been charged the application fee and other fees. Are you only...

    June AOR 2017

I am in pretty much the identical situation. AOR on 16th June, and the only update I got was medical passed (July). I filed for GCMS notes 38 days ago, still nothing. I also emailed using the webform 3 weeks ago, and nothing.

Testimonials regarding processing time for E-APR (Express Entry)

I did it myself. I called an immigration consultant for a free consultation (before submitting the PR app) and explained what I had done thus far, and they said I was very well prepared and didn't need to hire them!

Testimonials regarding processing time for E-APR (Express Entry)

We are both US citizens (my husband is a dual citizen of Taiwan and the US), and we have a lot of entries in our travel history, but it's for very clear reasons and no trips are longer than 3 weeks. I have never lived anywhere other than the US, and he has lived here continuously since 1998. I...
