hi could be a number of things here; clear browser cache, disable adblocker, try another browser instead, do you see the option to upload when you login from another device etc

Would call them Jeff to understand what exactly is missing which is weird since you cannot submit without having uploaded all required documents first so yeah could be a glitch like you said

same here also noticed the submitted button is highlighted, however until yesterday I had the message "photos are missing". Since this morning I no longer see that message anymore and status still says Submitted

am not an expert but would think to follow Jeff's recommendation (resubmit with an explanation letter ) instead of starting a new one (which could also cause complications). Again am no expert

No same result but I only have submitted my renewal online on 20th December so I probably need to wait a few weeks before I can link

Jeff, have you tried linking again in ECAS/GCKEY after you had received the message that photos were missing ?

that is indeed very confusing and seems these status messages are either incorrect/glitches or not telling exactly what the issue is

if the same is showing tomorrow, I would re-upload just to make sure

If this error is still there tomorrow, perhaps you could re-upload (same for Declaration) just to make sure

Hey Jeff, I dont think the wrong application will have (any) impact as as long as it has not has been submitted.
