I am Canadian, got married in the US and my name in the US is my married name but I have not changed it in Canada. If i apply for my husbands (us citizen) permanent resident status do i have to update my name in Canada to include my married name?

Is there a separate application for outland? Or its the same thing? I read through but could not find it.
