B 1just said the case was transferred to Hong Kong. B 2 is pretty much same as pre arrive invitation letter with prepare check list.

A little bit over one month after receiving invitation of pre-arrive service letter. today, I got bulletin 1 and bulletin 2 almost same time. Application status also changed to DM.

For the visitor medical, it is Non EDE. For immigration, it is EDE. So they are different type. Maybe you can send the result in. If they want your parents do it again, they will let you know.

Yes as long as he have a visitor record or permit which most time they dont issue it when you arrive to Canada or stamp on his passport which give him max 6 month of coverage base on when he entered Canada.
