So, here is the news guys. I just checked my Ecas and I saw step 5 finally here, invited for June Oath. Didnt receive anything by email or mail, not sure how to proceed now. Donald duck and spiceisland hopefully you guys get yours in the coming days I am a July applicant btw.

I am a July applicant too. And the whole process is ridiculous and no sense to me whatever the reason is. I got DM last November and no reason for the delay at all. Robotic people behind the phone keep saying wait until 12 month. I am sure I might reach 12 month and then they will start to...

Its funny how some people think that Scarborough office is working hard!. :D I guess this is a problem if this is the way we define working hard lol.

Interesting. No news at my side. As you said, I believe it will be taking full 12 month, I even hope not more!! This is ridiculous and i can't justify the delay. How did you get informed that your file is being transferred? Did you ask for it?

Any one knows what is the process for someone with Decision made who passes the 12 month timeline and still no oath? I know CIC says call us! But what is next and how do they proceed? Anyone knows someone who have been through this? Good luck

Its funny how this thread is going. While 2017 applicants and test takers are still waiting for oath invites, Ppl who did test in 2018 are already impatient and pissed off bcz they are still not called for Oath. Lol

I'm sure alot more out there in our shoes but not necessarily they are on this forum or even know that it even exist!

Ueah! Same here, Second week of July applicant, DM in early November, nothing yet. Call center have the frequent robotic answer that I am still in normal 12 month timeline.

Because of the long wait they put me in I started to lose enthusiasm and joy of oath ceremenoy. I was looking forward for it as a celebration! Now I just want it to arrive to get over with it or even they can just mail me everything with Canadapost. Lol

the problem is they dont say anywhere that 6 month is the limit to contact them! Thats's why agents usually answer by saying that you are in normal processing times which is 12 month. I got DM on 1st November and still waiting.

Is your application routine? If so, you have the right to investigate, you oassed the 12 month timeline.

My test was 30 October, DM was 1 November. And waiting! People give it an excuse for whats callecalled background check. Ya, maybe.

For the ones who were able to reach for CIC!! How did you get a hold on them? Email? Phone? On phone i have been calling like everyday and ask what I hear is the false message saying" we are receiving high volume of calls". How can you reach this "third world" government center?

I got it two days after test which was November 1st 2017. But who cares! Trust me, care for Oath date. And you might get it a day after DM. So no worries.

Did my test in October 2017, DM in November, no oath yet! A friend of mine, family application at Mississauga did their test in January, DM Feb. Got oath invite in March. Summary: Scarborough office sucks! And immigration don't care if one of their offices is under performing!

Sorry as it might sound a dumb question. How do you guys reach them over the phone? I called their 800 number hundred times-different times-early early mornings but it keep saying that they are receiving calls more than usual (which I believe is not :cool:) and they can't take calls.
