Have you tried to call IRCC and speak to the agent?

I don't know why my case is so strange. After my medical passed on Oct 4th, my background status went to "not applicable" (NA2). Last month, I was asked to provide the proof of my income on my bank statement. When I uploaded the additional documents, I saw my background check went to IP1 again.

After I uploaded my additional documents, my BGC changed to "have not started" from NA2. It is so strange...

It is IP1. If it is IP2, the background status should be "We are processing your background check."
