Anywhere between a few days to many months. there is no set timeline. every case is different. Mine took about 3months in total from passing my medical some people have sat at processing for up to a year.

Pre arrvial letter us just something everyone gets automatically, it doesnt really have any impact. If on the tracker its not green and says Completed. it means they have no completed it. It might that both are currently in process.

It can take anywhere from 2 months to 12 to get an AOR. Not every application is the same. If you have not received anything by the 6-8 month mark then It might be worth looking into but as you only applied in Jan, this timeline is not out of the ordinary

No worries but at this very very early stage of your application, it is not delayed. I would start to maybe worry/be curious if by december this year there is not more update. before then, your application is within time frame.
