Just to clear that restoration does not have different processing time. It depends on your application, for example if you applied for restoring status to work permit , then work permit normal processing time will apply. I got after 40 days.

It depends on situation. What kind of work permit you are extending? Depending on that you may need LMIA or LMIA exempt number to apply

I think you need to call them.. its more than processing time

But no 1 means that you should have worked for 1 year on work permit which of course should be Canadian.I believe that your US experiance will count towards international experiance regardless of same company and job. Its safe to wait for year. By the way its almost 10 month¡ how did it go¿

hi I have more than two years of experiance on PGWP. Since I have SINP , I can only extend work permit and apply paper PR, I was wondering if my work permit- LMIA exempt will add 50 points in express entry. I will work with same employer and same position on lmia exempt work permit
