You sure about this? I agree with you he didn't need to submit all these documents excluding the military card. But I don't think they will spend much time to check every single document if doesn't help. They may ignore unrelevant ones.

You should have submitted your card with your ADR. You better raise a CSE and send it to them asap. I think they did mean your accompanying family members in this questions; otherwise they wouldn't use "listed in your application for permanent residence".

Once you enter your profile (application status page), you wont see the ghost update anymore. It'll disappear as other updates.
