In land application, They received it on March 22nd, and the email came yesterday (April 17th) Does the 4 months include the almost month they’ve had it?

My partner got the email last night stating she is eligible to sponsor me. Very happy, although there was no mention of the open work permit application which I also applied for with the sponsorship. Is that completely separate or should I be waiting for an envelope with it being returned?

I payed $1040 for the PR and included the receipt And $155 for the work permit extension Which I now think should have been 355 for the renewal of status and WP extension

Since they changed the checklist in the time between me sending it and them opening it, would that be enough for them to send the whole lot back? It was signed for by them on the 13th and they changed the document on the 14th.
