My parents supervisa eligibility passed in September 13 and no updates after that, is it a good sign ?

My parents supervisa timeline Application submitted: August 21 Biometric completed: August 25 Medical passed : September 12 Eligibility passed : September 13 After that no updates.

My parents medical and eligibility is completed on September 12th and 14th, I see when eligibility passed applicant receive BVL and PPR, I haven't any such kind, is it a good or bad sign.

I heard it’s better to do upfront medical which will speed up the process.

I applied Supervisa for my parents through new portal. Upfront medical : Aug 16 Application submitted : Aug 21 Biometric completed/updated : Aug 25 no updates after that.
