I'm hoping that after the vaccination program that is ongoing they lessen the travel restrictions. It's not easy to obtain a job offer from outside the country. Also, what is the point of issuing a PGWP for a non-job offer holders that are willing to travel to Canada?

Hi. I applied on February 9th, 2021. However, I noticed that even if we obtain the permit we will be unable to enter the country due to the prevailing travel restrictions. Admission to Canada will only be allowed with a valid job offer.

But as for the english test, I already took it before applying to university but it has expired. I don’t know if in this case i need to say (no) in the answer or not.
