i have applied my study visa on 25th Nov. , but my file is still in process , aome of my friends says that holidays starts from 22nov - 6 Jan , but my university classes starts from 4th jan.

I have applied in univeristy of winipeg with English language program and my file was applied in embassy on 27th nov. now it 15 Dec. still file in processing , some of my friend say that embassy holidays starts on 22nd Dec. to 6 Jan. , I don't know what is going to happened bcoz my classes...
