    hi I have a question. If I apply for work permit in philiphines to come to Canada will they check my previous travel history, I overstayed in Canada last time I was there working, I'm wondering if Canadian embassy would have access to that information ?

    A lawyer advised me to apply for get a new LMIA, apply for TRP, and document all errors and attempts the agent made for LMIA. Get some MP support, and apply for TRP. What are your thoughts on that
