I recently just landed. I waited 11 months coming from the USA. Why is it that June-September apps are being favoured so much? I have friends who applied in January and February who are not approved yet. Their background checks have not even started yet.... To me this seems very wrong

Why is it that only June-sept apps are getting approved? I have friends who have waited since January and feb who are not approved yet. I waited over 11 months. Why is cic favouring people from June-sept when they have left people who applied a year ago behind? This seems like BS to me.

If it says “location : registry” does it mean your app is not being worked on?

None of it is correct or fair. I sent a straight forward app in January and people who applied in July landed before me. My app was as straight forward as it gets. It’s just pathetic
