Thanks @jpv2212 and @farazafzal I just re-submitted my profile now after deleting my wife's work history. I had to select 'If spouse has Work experience?' as 'No'. Guess that is fine. Thought of reducing unnecessary work of getting reference letters since it is already not giving any score. I...
