Is LPP complete ? I would apply for the renewal in case of emergency travel. I am not sure but its better to search what happens when PR card expires before the ceremony. Again, Just writing my thoughts not any advise. :)

I also read some where that they want to clear paper applications backlog. Soon everything should move to online process. May be for now it seems some paper applications move fast.

I see that most people had updates in Dec 16 and then Jan 12/13/14 (last week). So, Most probably next batch update..

I have a friend and their status is similar like this. test Invite should be next step (most probably soon).

Seems right to me as well. I gave test on 12th Dec and the status was updated as a part of Dec 16th batch update.

There are some mock test websites available. Once you read practice mock tests.

I think no.. You have to be inside Canada. They also clearly mention NOT to use VPN. Test email also says to inform them if you can't appear for the test for so and so reasons.

Hmm Interesting.. Now, I checked it was CAD$705 total when I applied. I chose to pay Citizenship certificate (proof of citizenship) fees $75 too. As, I thought it might be needed. This clarifies now. Thank you!!
