Exactly! I will come alone, do the oath, apply for passport for me and them then go back. We are planning to come back to Canada in May, so it’s a lot of expenses for all of us to come now then again in May. I just want to know if this is allowed. I couldn’t find any info online.

Oh they have to go in person to apply for passport? I had hoped to apply for passport on their behalf.

I did both. I called today and the agent said that I should hear back soon and that an officer was waiting for information regarding security and now he's going to "revise" the application ( I am not entirely sure what that means) .. and when I raised a CSE I just received their templated response.

This day just keep getting better. The information in the link talks about suspending an application. I can't think of a reason why my file would be suspended. Also, in my GCMS notes, it states that the reason for the hold is "Information Required" .. I am legit freaking out now ...

GCMS indicate that everything is passed - except for security, which just has a blank space under it ( it seems like info was redacted) and the officer's final decision is "On Hold"

That ADR was a request for a passport renewal. I suspect that I am going through security check, but I don't know if there is a way to know what's going on with my application. |Sigh|
