Guys pls a quick question. I got nominated however I recently became a pr through express entry. What do i do with the nomination as the officer asked me if I agree to pay the application fees if am nominated wen he called before the nomination.

I get your point but you cannot back date your months to match with your number of hours. Someone had worked more hours and calculated based on that but got rejected. The officer stated that it is based on months worked. What you are saying it is not wrong however one cannot use hours to...

Hey express entry calculate your experience based on months and not dates or hours. To be safer if you are scared you can wait till you get 36 months of experience before accepting ita. Once again minimum requirement is 1 year or 12 month period. I hope this helps.

Hey I just answered someone about the same question.... Express entry counts in months and not dates.... it states that one should have worked for minimum of of 12 months period or one year. With your case 9 days is fine... I know of ppl that got their pr with the same experience that u have now...

I have a friend that got his pr he started in Jan 16 2015. As of Dec 2016 the system updated his experience to 2 years. He got invited on Jan 12 which leaves 4 days to when he actually would have completed 2 years. There are other people with the same experience.

To be clear express entry counts it by 12 months period. If you started in Dec 2014 and you enter the pool in Dec 2017 the system will calculate it as 48 months which is equal to 3yrs.
