I agree with the email thing. I got my application approved 2 days after mailing to remind them I'd sent the passport to them. I also got PUM a day after sending an email asking how I'd retrieve my passport post-application.

Did DHL inform you they picked up the passport and did they send you a tracking number after they picked up the passport and COPR?

There are people who get PPR in a month. It depends. ATM, there's nothing to be worried about. Your AOR is 18 Dec. It's not 2 months yet. You can order it though. It will certainly cause them to have a look at your file if it has been kept to one side, which is an advantage. I ordered GCMS notes...

You should probably wait until the 2nd month from AOR. Or maybe even 3rd if nothing has happened by then.

You should probably avoid the risk of being disallowed landing and arrive via Ottawa.

So, if you feel that your file is taking too long and you have never ordered GCMS notes, I recommend that you do so. They have to respond to the GCMS request and this will more likely than not, cause the officer to perform some action on your file.
