I see most of you have written answer as January 12th - but this is wrong. I agree speaker said the same. However, the instructions was one word/a number. 12th is count as word not a number So correct answer is : January 12/ 12 January.

Absolutely right answers. In the audio they said clearly ‘a weekly return’ and paint. However, weekly return would also be correct as ielts listening avoids articles. So both the answers are correct.
