Once you submitt your new application with proof of old application mail reciept then they will know you applied before they will try to find the old one if not find they process the new one faster and they will apologize the old one,s lost with your AOR

If If you have old mail reciept the do it . because they have lost so may applications sent between 11th October -20the so they may still have some backlog applications but it's not reliable.

I'm October 13th aplicant who never recieved AOR. I called CIC agent and he told me my application is lost and I have to reply. Don't know what to do. Cheers.
