That's old instructions. while dialing, just use *676139444000.. worked from US. this disables the caller ID and they don't complain about country anymore

My logical opinion: Photos have to be compliant the day they process your card as well.. So, technically if you got your photos done > 6 months, they become non-compliant when they process. I think to stay safe submit fresh photos while landing if you are landing >4-5 months after date on the...

My girlfriend had the same issue. Call your university folks. Its just an email that need to be sent in a format as required and all will be good. In case they slack, it might take longer. So, just keep following up with your university to verify the documents. It got it solved in 3 days for her...
