The already started processing the photo re-submission requests received in June but we don't know for sure till which date they have processed and mailed the PR cards out. My photos would've reached them in the mid of June ... I haven't received any updates yet

My resubmitted photos reached IRCC during the middle of June 2022. I haven't got PR cards yet.

I suppose the PR card is mailed in regular canada post mail and thus there is no tracking / dispatch update. Only way to know if its sent or not is via a GU / status change to "Approved" in the EE portal.

I had contacted VFS a couple of days back and they had mentioned that the biometric information captured from the applicants is sent to IRCC in real-time. I saw the biometric details updated in the profile yesterday. It took around 14 days to get it updated ... probably some operational issues...

The PCC is valid for 6 months from the date mentioned on the PCC. There will not be any address / duration of stay mentioned in the India PCC.
