Yes, I uploaded all that they asked to bring before I brought them in..just to be on the safe side..we took the original with us when we went. They took our cell phones at the security desk and put them in a locker. Got them when we were leaving...also they asked us to bring 3 jamaican size...

Oh and I checked our GC key acct..everything was updated same day..said decision made..background check passed.. Interview passed..and for final decision..it said it was approved

No, I'm pretty sure they got it. When you sent the email shouldn't be a factor. It looks like they are starting up again to deal with the general public..I also thinks it depends on the immigration officer that's handling your file..some are slower than others. Hopefully you will hear soon.
