Are there still people from January who did not get he AoA. My application was received Jan 29, still no AoA and no returned package. CIC reply says they are still processing January applications.

Hi All, I applied under new rules and got AoR yesterday. I live in Mississauga but i am moving to waterloo from January 1st. Will it delay my application processing time if I change my address to kitcner/waterloo ?
