So I got ppr April 26 yesterday. OCT. 2017 applicant. Is this a guaranteed thing?

I'm principal applicant from Belize. My timeline: Application received: Oct. 5, 2017 Aor1: Nov.21,2017 Med request: Nov. 22,2017 Schedule A: Nov. 24 Forward to Mexico Vo: Jan 2 Aor2: March 21 Prearrival: April 23. Today ☺

I got prearrival services today. Oct. 5, 2017 applicants

I received AOR2 on March 22. Nothing since then
