    Yup thanks a lot ... I will go via Toronto automated gates only ... me , wife, 2 kids... with PR valid for over 1 yr few months at that time, a small kid who is a citizen, very genuine and valid HnC condition ... I guess the officer would be considerate and may not report :) ... Will live...

Do I have to appeal in Canada itself and stay there or can I appeal and come back or can I appeal from India itself..... Reason being, once you appeal - you are never sure...
