There is probably an option to select an e-certificate or a paper certificate when you get an invite email. You'll have to search the forum here for ways to contact IRCC to change your options.

Finally, LPP was completed on August 28th after the Test was completed on May 19th. Currently, waiting for the Citizenship Ceremony to be started. Fingers crossed, it'll be soon. My Mom is here and I hope I will get the in-person ceremony invite.

Probably, but I still think your application processing centre location matters more. Niagara and Scarborough's offices are slower than the rest!

Looks like the CIC workers returned back and rescheduled my test window start from April 27th to May 5th I get some more time to actually prepare for the test!
