    For paper-based, sometimes you will receive a temporary file number first, and then get the AOR with file number later. It's YMMV, not everyone will get that temporary number

    Update on my application: Feb 01, 2022 - Application Received March 25, 2022 - Received AOR (Didn't receive any temporary file number before) March 25, 2022 - Medical/Bio pass (had exam within 5 years under temporary policy)

    It's a temporary file number, normally they will send an email but not everyone will receive that temporary number.
