    London VO is a blackhole. I have heard only terrible things about it. Once an application goes there it rarely comes back with a PPR, but more often is sent into SS. God save us from London VO!

    How is the applicant informed of PPR, via email?, or an update message on the profile? or both? and what if someone deletes that email?
