I applied around the same time as you did went IP May 29 nothing since then getting really frustrated the waiting is stressful

ok thank you they received mine March 2nd AOR March 22, IP MAY 29 still waiting processing office in alberta

may I ask when you submitted your application?

You won't receive and AOR until CIC opens the application and its filled out correctly if not they will return the application instructing how to correct errors. You just need to wait it's still early you will not be able to check application status until you receive AOR.

you can apply for your citizenship but cant leave or you won't be allowed to re enter because your pr expired.

yes but it is accepted as identification because it has the child birth info but if you dont feel comfortable you can use their passport I know pr card is not accepted

I think a provincial health card can be used also passport

I had the same problem but I updated the mailing address on the ecas website it gives you the option to update the address

I have observed that aswell that checks sometimes continue even after test but was advised by one of the officers that they are conducting background checks on my application while my application is still in Sydney. I received my AOR march and application is still at the Sydney office no updated...

I was informed recently by an officer that they are now doing background checks at the Sydney office before transferring the files to your local office

yes I know they put updated info on their website and you may also receive an email
