Mine's in Sydney. Assigned to the same officer and pending for over an year for review. I have raised complaint as rest of you have.

Not security, criminality is passed. Security is not started yet and yes eligibility is in review required for the past 8 months and there has been no update whatsoever in gcms.

Have done all of em. Tats how I knew there has been no movement. It's been sitting at someone's desk for 8 months. Security hasn't started yet ,criminality cleared long back. Stuck at eligibility check, not exactly sure why they have all the info they asked for except in 2 letters.

Just wondering, does anyone know if there is a maximum time period Cic would take to process applications? My profile has had no movement in the past 8 months and it's been 9 months since I applied. Just tryin to figure out if there is a chance that It could take more than an year to process.

Still in review required, nothing has happened. I got new gcms notes , there has been no update for the past 7 months. At this point, am just waiting for rejection atleast so tat I can apply again. How about you? Hope you have some good news.
