I hope so too. But I received the pre-arrival email the day after I received the PFL, so I kind of don’t trust these type of general emails any more haha. But as you said, at least it’s showing some movement of the case. Hope we all get approved soon.

Just provide the documents they are asking for, you should be fine. If they don’t want to issue a visa, they would’ve reject your application instead of giving you a chance to provide more documents. Good luck.

I received bulletin 2 email this morning. I replied to the PFL with additional documents on July 1 to HKVO. Hope getting this bulletin 2 email is a good sign for my PFL.
