i received request for Medical Exam and did it last June 01, 2018. If I am applying here in the middle East how long could I wait to get my dream visa?

thanks jeet27 yes maybe your right. But based on my timeline you have idea when can i get MR? Its because my agency advised me to resign from my work instead wait in the Philippines. Id rather stay here and work to earn money instead I will follow their advice. What do you think?
