Yes. Before I got COPR, ADR changed to Not Applicable. After receiving COPR, it changed to 'Date' we are reviewing the additional documents you provided.

What do you mean 'proper document'? CIC sent me a request letter. I think mine is the same as the one everybody receives. They mention the name of document and refer to RCMP website to get it done.

I emailed RCMP (CCRTIS-SCICTR@rcmp-grc.gc.ca)and ask for their advice. They're fairly active in responding to emails. They asked me whether I reside inside or outside of Canada, then sent me a list of fingerprinting company accredited by RCMP. I might contact one of them today. Hope that it works.
