Did your ecas state “ we have mailed your documents etc” I was told that when the pp and copr gets mailed you see an ecas update.

It’s probally an email by error. I sure you will get your passport now also. If you got a Ppr request your fine.

Did you request an extension on something in the past? If it may be an older reply, with How slow mexico are with correspondence.

Yes beyond ridiculous my husbands medical expires Jan 3. And we received pre arrival aug 9 Ppr request aug 30 (3 weeks later) now almost a month for visa stamping. Files are not been processed in any order that’s for sure.

My MP did an enquiry IRCC called them back stating the pp was delivered sept 4 and nothing is done yet. And they will update again in 10 business days. This is beyond frustrating, mexico no way can handle the work load. We are now going into the 4 th week
