I can see my case in ECAS. It seems to me that most people have 2 columns when they look. One says "Sponsor Application Status" and "Permanent Residence Application Status". Mine only has one column that says "Permanent Residence Application Status" and nothing about a sponsor application...

What about accompanying dependents? You would count those, right? So if my application is my sponsor, me (the applicant), and my 2 dependents, my total would be 4?

You cannot ship animals as Cargo during those dates from where I am from. I called and spoke to them at the Cargo center. Maybe it is different from other places but I am from the South in the US with high temperatures.
