I will suggest you wait for your PR card before applying, you can as well use your Notice of decision with your eCOPR, you never know maybe the officer might give you for 5 years as the case with someone I have seen on this platform who used eCOPR and got 5 years RTD

I think the best way is through epost for urgent travel.

Also in your web form, refrain from using your application number. Try using only your UCI. Hope that helps

Auto message that says your file can not be found means there is something missing in the field when you are submitting web form. Be sure to use your correct UCI number or application number and other fields like names. If the auto message is in your email then you have to call IRCC
